McKell Wascana Nature Conservation Park

It is another beautiful day in Saskatchewan! Not quite as warm as yesterday but still nice compared to the winter that just ended recently. Today the high was around 13C with tons of sun and not a cloud in the sky. By the time that I got home from my walk around the McKell Wascana Nature Conservation Park, it was time for ice cream.

Although 13C doesn't sound very warm, with the direct afternoon sun and only a bit of wind, it felt very hot outside. It especially felt this way after a long cold winter. It's all relative...

It was great to go outside again to get some fresh air and move around. There were tons of people out and about walking, exercising dogs, and cycling. Clearly, everyone wants to get out of their homes and safely enjoy the outdoors while avoiding any risk of COVID-19 infection.
